The properties of fabrics that we use everyday
The properties of fabrics are different fabrics and materials depending on usability. For example
- Umbrella fabric is suitable for making jacket
- Nylon can stretch to be made stocking
- Cotton is suitable for infant’s clothes because infant is allergic skin. Most of people wear it.
Today!! I present the fabrics that most of people use everyday.
1.Cotton
Do you know that cotton is made from cellulose that is protective capsule or cotton wool. It is midget line. Cotton is spun to be thread then weaving it. The properties are durability, softness, clarity, releasing heat and preserving humidity. It is suitable all of weather. Besides the medical research that cotton causes the least allergic skin. And lighting a fire is slower than other fabrics because cotton is easily crumpled. Cotton is invented to mix other synthetic fabrics for more stretch than first.
2.Polyester (T/K or TK)
Human produce synthetic fabrics which are not easily crumpled, durability to chemicals, be not destroyed by weather or light, not shrieked, not biased, swift dried and easy washed.
Polyester makes of Polymer to mix wool, Acetate and Rayon for increasing durability of fabric and easy cleansing. If mixing polyester a large amount, it wills not easily crumple and not fading of color. Disadvantage is it not absorbing sweat so making it is tiny holes such as firm’s uniforms or government officer’s uniforms.
